Aseels Chickens

We hatch Dark Aseels February through June. Dark Assels are a small Asiatic game-type breed which is very rare. The males are very aggressive. They are also spelled Asil. Production: Asils lay very few brown eggs. Body Type: Aseels have compact muscled bodies; they stand tall. The feathers are hard feathers and are very short. The breast bone is not covered by feathers. History: The Aseel chicken breed started in India. Aseels were raised to be a game competitor. Codes of Manu, a code from India which spoke about religion, law, and philosophy, mentioned the Aseel about three thousand years ago. Today Aseels are in Thailand, Turkey, England, South America, Japan, and the United States. Aseels were used in England to develop Standard Cornish chicken breed.
