Customer service is the most important part of our operation at Purely Poultry. We are proud of the large number of repeat customers we have, and the many customers who come to us because someone referred them. Since a big percentage of our customers call us, either to place orders or ask questions, having people who are knowledgeable and courteous answer the phones is top priority.

We are happy to welcome Terri Wheeler to our team. She is a proud flock keeper and understands both the emotional and practical reasons for raising poultry. Aside from her experience in managing a small farm, Terri brings a wealth of knowledge regarding IT and business operations to Purely Poultry.Terri and her husband live on a farm nestled against the mountains. They share space with chickens, “fainting” goats, dogs and cats, and enjoy the idyllic beauty of their home everyday. Besides practicing excellent animal husbandry, Terri and her husband are learning to put lots of fresh eggs and goat’s milk to good use!
