Fresh eggs taste good and are packed with nutrition, but one quality of fresh eggs that rarely gets commented upon is their aesthetically pleasing aspect -- they are just pretty. Brown and white eggs mixed together in a bowl are nice to look at. Add in some dark brown eggs and the visual pleasure increases.
