Conditions of Use

Our terms of service are included here so that our customers have a clear reference in order to understand what we guarantee and what we expect. If you have questions, please contact us.

1. It is your responsibility to read our terms of service, privacy policy, and all disclaimers or conditions on this site. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms, at any time, either here or anywhere else on our site or in our catalog. By using this site, or catalog, you are agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree to our terms, your only recourse is to not use our site or catalog.

2. We can refuse to do business with anyone. We can prevent anyone from using our site.

3. We understand that people order male or female chicks for a reason, and we guarantee 90% accuracy in sexing. We will refund for birds we send of the wrong sex that are in excess of the 90% sexing accuracy guarantee.

4. Cancellations are subject to a $10 cancellation fee. If you decide to cancel your order, please call or email us with your order number and a reason for the cancellation. We are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the shipping date.

5. If you need to make a change to your order, there will be an $8.00 processing fee.

6. We sell living, healthy birds. We do not guarantee that they will be exhibition quality birds. They will represent the variety and breed that you order.

7. All of our birds are certified by the National Poultry Improvement Plan. If you would like to receive the NPIP paperwork with your birds, please indicate so on your order.

8. Your payment is processed at the time of your order. We accept Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Money Orders and Personal Checks made out to Purely Poultry.

9. Sometimes it is necessary for us to cancel an order, and we reserve the right to do so. If your order must be canceled, you will be issued a refund.

10.You are welcome to return books, but not birds. If you receive a book and need to return it, simply do so within 30 days. Books must be in their original condition; if shrink-wrapped they must be unopened. Include the packing slip with your return so that we will know who gets the refund. Should the return be a result of an error on our part, we will gladly pay the return shipping costs.

11. We will never owe you more than you paid for your order.

12. All transactions and sales by Purely Poultry are governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin.
