I got my chicks and all were alive and healthy they are just a little over a week old and almost doubled in size. Frisky little critters and are trying to fly a few inches. I had mishap when first got them thought I had their pen fixed but some how the cat squeezed one and it didn't make it hurt my feelings but I will be ordering more from you in the future keep up the good work.

Wanted to say Thank You for the chicks you sent me yesterday. From WI to WA it only took a day. PO called at 7 am and I was at their office at 7:15 am. So excited to have them. All arrived alive. Very happy with selection and size. Still trying to figure who is who. I will definitely use you in the future and refer you to my Facebook followers.

Sir I want to take a minute to let you know of the best customer service I have experienced to date. We ordered some baby chicks from you and due to the sorry US Postal service they were sent to a city several hundred miles away-your employee Terri was able to track down exactly what happened to them she immediately got a replacement order to us. Terri went far above the typical person and we are very happy with our new batch of baby chicks. Keep up the good work, customer service is a vanishing commodity in our country today. Thank you again

Wow! Received our chicks 1/4/2013 at 5am from post office. Here it is 1/11/2013 and they have grown to double there size and trying to fly. My wife and I are thrilled with our order and will being making more through the year. Thanks and keep up the great product.

I recently placed an order with you. I have to tell you how pleased and impressed I am and to tell you the truth, even a little surprised that a hatchery has such good customer service! Because of our business, we travel, deal, and work with hundreds of people monthly. We know when somebody is trying hard to be good at his or her job. I wish all my people were as nice as Terri. She has been awesome!
