These beautiful Jumbo Ringneck Pheasants are very similar to the Chinese ringnecks in appearance only they are larger. They are raised primarily for meat production, taxidermy, or ornamental use. Late Fall Jumbos can weigh from 4-7 lbs. for cocks and 3-5 lbs. for hens. They are large frame birds with tender, high protein meat. An oven-ready bird will have 90% of its weight as meat.
