Live Guarantee: We guarantee that your chicks are alive and well after 24 hours. Here's how it works:

  • After 24 hours of receiving your order, count the number of chicks of each kind that are ALIVE and WELL.
  • If that number is LESS than the number you ordered, please fill out our Live Arrival Guarantee Claim Form
  • Please do not give us a dead count because to cover for any losses we may include extras.
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the chicks to be eligible for a credit.
  • We refund the purchase price of birds that arrive dead in excess of possible extras.
  • On a partial loss order we do not reship for free.
  • We do not refund any part of shipping cost.
