Live Guarantee: We guarantee that your chicks are alive and well after 24 hours. Here's how it works:

After 24 hours of receiving your order, count the number of chicks of each kind that are ALIVE and WELL.
If that number is LESS than the number you ordered, please fill out our Live Arrival Guarantee Claim Form
Please do not give us a dead count because to cover for any losses we may include extras.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the chicks to be eligible for a credit.
We refund the purchase price of birds that arrive dead in excess of possible extras.
On a partial loss order we do not reship for free.
We do not refund any part of shipping cost.
