These are assorted only. The Phoenix breed belongs to a group of long-tailed fowl that have been bred in Japan for nearly a thousand years. Phoenix are a high-maintenance breed, requiring special care in order to keep their tail feathers in good shape. We We have three varieties of Phoenix Bantams for sale: Purely Poultry offers the Phoenix Bantam only in an assortment package. In this assortment you could receive any of the following varieties; White Phoenix Bantams, Silver Duckwing Phoenix Bantams and BB Red Phoenix Bantams. We will give you the best assortment as possible based on what hatched, but do not guarantee an assortment.

Six varieties of Phoenix Bantams are listed in Bantam Standard: Golden Phoenix Bantams, Golden Duckwing Phoenix Bantams, Light Brown Phoenix Bantams, Silver Phoenix Bantams, Silver Duckwing Phoenix Bantams, and White Phoenix Bantams are all in the Bantam Standard. Phoenix bantams originated in Germany from the Japanese standard phoenix. Phoenix bantams are not common in hte United States.
