Purely Poultry’s Cornish Game Hens are Cornish Cross broiler females that have been genetically bred to produce a slower-growing, smaller bird with a meatier breast. Cornish Game hens are processed around 4 to 5 weeks of age and will weigh around 2 to 2.5 pounds. The meat is juicy and delicious and each bird is a single serving.

Cornish Cross Broilers are calm and gentle birds. They will have thick legs to hold up their heavy weight. They have white feathers and light skin.
