The Kansas Ringneck Pheasant is a smaller-than-average bodied pheasant, which equals excellent feed conversion.

The Kansas Ringneck has an explosive take-off and, due to its smaller size, is a high flier. If you are looking for an exciting, new challenge on your hunts, this may be the perfect choice for you.

The Kansas Thunder Pheasant has a green head, white band around the throat, and dark, purplish feathers on its body. It has a long, brown and tan barred tail. The coloring is the same as a Chinese Ringneck Pheasant.
