Jumbo Brown Coturnix Quail Eggs

Very disappointed. I received an email stating eggs had been shipped. I kept contacting when the eggs did not arrive within 5 days. I kept questioning the viability of the eggs as it took 9 days to reach me. Out of 25 eggs, 2 were cracked and only 6 hatched. The eggs in the incubator stunk and were seeping. When contacted, customer service would not send replacement eggs as I didn't take pictures of the rotten eggs.
I am experienced and have 90% hatch rate on my other eggs. Very dissatisfied.
