Assorted Coturnix Quail Chicks

I have raised two bunches of quail chicks so far, and upon moving to AZ I ordered a bunch of them in June. I was called by USPS as soon as they arrived and picked them up in about an hour. Out of the 25 that I received in the mail, 10 were already dead and the living ones were walking over their bodies. Of the 15 left, 10 more died within the 1.5 hours it took me to drive home and dip their beaks in water and try to keep them alive. The last 5 died in the night. They have not responded to my written complaint via the website, and I am furious not only for myself but for the wanton disregard for life that was displayed by shipping these chicks during 100 degree heat. My 3 and 5 year old kids were disturbed as well as they watched the chicks actively die. Extremely poor execution of goods and terrible customer service.
